At Waverley Mills, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our Australian-made textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new blanket or throw isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization form.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unwashed condition with all Waverley Mills tags and premium packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship to the Mill

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized postal location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned textile, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 business days.
