What is your shipping policy within Australia and internationally?
We offer standard and express shipping across Australia, with free standard shipping on orders over $150. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location and package weight.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Waverley Mills products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece that leaves our mill.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
